The Civil Society Organization Network in Trans Nzoia has appealed to nurses in the region to end their ongoing strike, citing a conservatory court order. Members of the network acknowledged that while the nurses have valid reasons to advocate for their rights, they should do so legally and with consideration for patients in need of medical care. "We empathize with the suffering of patients, as their right to access medical services in public health facilities has been affected by the strike," said Mr. Leonard Barasa.
