“Let the Family Grieve in Peace” – Ford Kenya Blasts Politicization of Former Trans Nzoia MCA’s Death
Ford Kenya leaders in Trans Nzoia have urged their political opponents to respect the family of the late Sikhendu Member of County Assembly (MCA) Eric Musumba by allowing them the peace they need to mourn his passing. Mr. Musumba, who was involved in a road accident along the Kitale-Webuye road last week, passed away this week while receiving critical care treatment. Nominated Trans Nzoia County Assembly MCA Margaret Wanjala, who also serves as the National Vice Chairperson of Ford Kenya, stated that it is wrong to blame the party leadership following the tragic incident. “As a party, we are deeply saddened by the loss of Mr. Musumba, who served as our Minority Whip in the previous assembly. It is inhumane to place blame for this tragedy on us,” said Mrs. Wanjala.
